PERSONALIZED JOY: HOW BRITISH "SHOEBOX GIFTS"

BROUGHT SMILES TO KHERSON

In January, our team carried out one of the most heartwarming missions of the season. Thanks to the support of Community Sponsors Charity and its Director, David Toplas, we received a large shipment of personalized gift boxes, curated by British families for Ukrainian children.

These "shoeboxes" are more than just sets of toys or sweets. They are a powerful message to every child in Ukraine: you are remembered, and you are loved, even thousands of miles away.

A Map of Smiles: Three Locations in Kherson

Project: «FUTURE for CHILDREN»

We targeted three of the most vulnerable locations in Kherson, where children spend the majority of their time in shelters due to constant threats. Each distribution became a small oasis of joy amidst the harsh realities of war.

More Than Just a Gift

Every child received their own box, packed with care and attention.

We witnessed incredible emotions — from pure surprise to radiant delight.

Within the framework of our "Future for Children" project, these moments of happiness are a vital part of psychological resilience and mental health support for Ukraine’s youngest generation.

Thank You to Our Partners!

This initiative proved that kindness knows no borders.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the British volunteers who meticulously prepared these boxes. You didn't just send gifts; you sent hope and a sense of security to the children of Kherson!
